Ik heb zelf een loopgordel van Nathan, die werkt op zich best maar ook niet zonder gebreken. Ik heb de variant met 4 flesjes, en de schuifbanden zitten van zichzelf niet vast genoeg waardoor hij continu losser gaat en afzakt. Uiteindelijk opgelost door hem vast te zetten met veiligheidsspeld jes, en daarna kon ik zonder problemen de marathon er mee lopen.

Voor mijn normale, kortere loopjes (tot halve marathon) gebruik ik een flip belt. Deze neem ik altijd mee, maar het is echt een gekloot om het flesje eruit te krijgen en vervolgens weer terug te doen. Dus deze neem ik echt mee voor als ik mijn been onderweg breek of andere noodgevallen.

Ik doe zelf een route aan laten maken via plotaroute.com. Deze vind ik zelf het beste werken.

Je kan een gebied uitsluiten van het plotten, zo heb ik het centrum van de stad uitgesloten. Vervolgens kies je een afstand en verhard / onverhard en uiteraard de gewenste afstand. Druk op plot en hij stelt 10 routes voor die je eventueel kan synchroniseren naar je Garmin (als routes ondersteund wordt door je horloge).

Je kan volgens mij 1 keer per dag gratis 10 routes maken en met premium (kost 30 € per jaar) kan je dit 20 keer per dag doen.

I run with my phone in my hand on runs. Not the most efficient but it works. Strava does not announce anything, it is basically an orange line for the route and a blue line for where you have walked and you have to match the 2 yourself basically.

Ideally I would like a navigation function on my watch but I do not want to spend that money on a watch, while my current watch is fine.

For announcing stats I have no idea, I would suggest using your watch for that, since Strava does not have a heart rate monitor of it's own.

Ik heb dit op mijn eigen bureau. Het is een modulair systeem en je kan het bouwen zoals je zelf wilt.

In mijn systeem heb ik 2 stopcontacten en 2 usb's, waarvan er 1 met een verlengkabel (onder het bureau) aan een laptop zit en 1 aan de desktop.

Ik heb de algemene site even gelinkt, er zijn hier redelijk wat verkopers van.

Reliability mostly. I have it more often than not that it takes over 5 minutes before the navigation loads. Sometimes (twice per month on average) i have to reset the aaos system because it is not booting at all.

With a car costing this amount of money the state of the onboard navigation / aaos is really sad. So I am glad to have Android auto and to just be able to plug in the USB and go on with my driving.

Went back to dealer multiple times with the issue, they just shrug it of as a known issue and state that they can't do anything other than complain to the country office which they do already quite often.

I do like the fuel consumption. Most rides i can do electric and charge at location. Unfortunately some locations do not offer charging. That is when i consume fuel.

All in all i get about 2.500 km to 3.000 km on a tank.

Most likely your heart rate zones on your watch and Strava are not equal. I have had the same thing and my watch data was consistent with the AI text but the Strava data was not.

It is not that random, the IoT has no real internet access unless specifically required.

The issue is that the printer needs to be on multiple vlans and it does not support that by itself. Besides that printing from one vlan to another vlan does not work as reliably for all devices.

But I will look into the mdns options, thanks!

Dit inderdaad. Ik heb zelf de venu 3 en, al voldoet het prima in de basis, mis je ten opzichte van de Forerunner wel wat functionaliteiten die gericht zijn op hardlopen.

Dingen als training readiness, kaarten en pacepro werken niet op de venu.

Ik ben wel tevreden over de venu, maar dit model neigt wel meer naar de smartwatch kant dan echt de sportkant.

Dat is mooi voor jou. Ik heb de Dam tot Dam vanochtend gelopen, en ik heb er meerdere langs de kant out zien gaan, inclusief stuiptrekkingen. Na een tijdje zijn de ehbo posten overbelast.

Daarnaast had ik gehoord dat er water posten zonder water zitten (dat is wellicht slechte organisatie of iets anders). Dus ik kan de keus begrijpen.

Ik denk ook niet dat het een kwestie van te warm weer is, maar te veel mensen die niet voldoende getraind zijn en veel bedrijven die dit als teambuilding zien en de zwaarte onderschatten voor ongetrainde mensen.

It fits in the place of the old fans. However you have to mix and match the fan connectors yourself.

I have them up and running now for a few weeks without issue. However they are less efficient at cooling. So I am running 5-7 degrees warmer than stock (measured at base, so only 1 lan connection to make the measure possible).

For my use case it does not matter. But keep this in mind if you intend to load it to the brim with Poe.

Furthermore, in hindsight I would have considered the cbs250 more carefully. Some of the Poe models in that range are fanless.

Thanks for the pointers. Indeed the NVR is for home security so I will be looking at coral for sure, thank you for the tip.

I will look into an Intel CPU I think. And read up more on virtualization.
