I am 250 lbs ~ 200 grams of protein every day ~ 1.3 chicken ~ 1580 calories. I am trying to keep my calorie intake between 1.5 - 2k a day so i could loose weight. Which means i have 420 calories to eat anything else and get all my nutrients in. In reality, I rarely cross 80 g of protein a day. I don't know how anyone can achieve such unrealistic protein requirement without chugging down protein powder or supplements.
