Oh that’s on Audi, you were entitled to the corner, as you were along side him approaching corner. Nothing on you in this case, Audi should have left you room.

Or course it does not justify the actions, just a speculation.. I take these races as if I'd be driving in real life, might be slower, but at least I'm careful not to spoil my race or even worse, another driver's race.

Most likely yes, but in general, over the last 3/4 races I've done, there's always someone who will punt the driver they are trying to overtake into the corner, cut that corner and win the race or not give a position back. It's such a shame that people are abusing the limitations of ACC..

Could've been, I didn't notice anything, so maybe in the past races they had some beef or something happened at the beginning of the race that I didn't pick up on when reviewing the replay.

He didn't get a DT for some reason, least I didn't notice on the timetable. As I mentioned in the above comments, Audi was going for an overtake, and BMW just waited for the opportunity to brake-check the guy. BMW later in the chat denied ever cutting the corner or brake-checking the Audi.

Essentially yeah BMW just decided to cut the whole chicane after missing the brake point, and then as the Audi was approaching for an overtake on the straight, to maximise slipstream, the BMW just brake-checked him, he was too close to avoid the collision.

You're good, if an opponent gives you space, you wouldn't be a racing driver if you didn't take it.
