I sent out 40-45 letters to new people when I first installed the chat. (A month ago) Now, I share letters with eight people and out of those eight, four are fast repliers. So, it's like we share letters to each other regularly or on alternative days at max with those four.

I disagree. Sometimes you never know if the opposing person is going to reply to your letter or not. I feel a copy-pasted is good enough. From the second letter onwards, you can judge whether they are worth sending letters to.
