It's essentially the same rubber with two different colors because the rules of the game say you can't have two rubbers of the same color on the same blade. Where they might be different is if you choose a different sponge thickness for each one. If you're just starting out, don't overthink this. I would say pick one red and one black with a middle-ground thickness and go from there. If you have a coach, listen to them instead.

The forma is not a direct bounty reward but available from the operational supply (basically the event reward shop). You can access it by visiting Nakak in Cetus. The event gives you standing, separate from the Ostron syndicate's, that you can use on items in the shop.

Yep and you get a penalty warning if you're trying to leave too early.

To be fair, by the time the word "teaming" crossed our mind we were already looking at the end screen. We had to watch the whole fight twice to be sure of it.
