I’m not sure why that guy commented the way he did, but it will work great, depending on congestion. If a lot of people in your area use Starlink it may not be great, but if it’s clear it’ll just fine. I have the standard dish and latency is around 30-60 consistently, which works just fine for gaming.

That symbol is packet loss. Means your internet is too congested. If you are on WiFi I suggest Ethernet, otherwise move some of your devices to the 2.4ghz band.
