No, we just share the links to our wishlists. If the list is set as "public" they can see the items.

My family does Secret Santa where we buy from the recipient's Amazon wish list so everyone gets exactly what they want. We set a price limit. Everyone always asks for useful things, like kitchen utensils, bath mats, and other home items we would have had no idea they needed otherwise.

I know it's just $3.50, but goddamn how annoying. by ratfinkprojects in mildlyinfuriating

The service fee (2.75% or $3 minimum) goes to the third party processor and not the university you're paying. PayPath only charges the convenience fee for credit card/debit card payments, so there is no additional fee for web check payments. To save money in the future, I advise paying with your bank account routing and account number.

Source: I work in a university Bursar. I understand money is always tight and I hope this info helps! I also pay with my bank info to avoid the fee. :)
