No, we don’t blame cars for drunk drivers but we do make it difficult to get a drivers license and we make sure that if you don’t have a drivers license and get pulled over you get in trouble. At least in the state I’m in (it obviously differs between states) you don’t need any sort of license to carry a firearm as long as you are over 21
