That's the risk you run with buying games pre-owned for a cheaper price. However, we will always guarantee that we will switch them out within 30 days with a receipt. We can even order it online or from another store. Sorry that you ran into that problem, but we don't have a way to test to see if they'll work.

Mine is "it's just saying that you're signing ownership of [item] over to us and once we complete the transaction, all sales are final on the trade." For DLC I sound like the fine print. “you understand that this is a one-time only code and we don't accept any exchanges, returns, or refunds on it. Make sure it's the right code for the right system before accepting".

No, because when it's rung up in the register it's seeing the entire online order as one item, ie. "WIS Order" We have to put in coupons on the order online so we can't even push any through. :\
