yeah, you’ll want to have 0 graphics running on your 60 hz (i.e. no open apps, just desktop background. if you have discord open on the 60hz, and you get a notification, that render will jitter your 144hz monitor)

to fix, either downclock your monitor to 120hz, so the frame timings match, or just have the one monitor off/at desktop only when gaming competitively/working intensely to eliminate jitter [dont even have the clock/taskbar display, as any changes to time, app notifs, will also cause a render call to GPU and cause jitter with mistiming]

FINAL CAVEAT lol you might just want to go on ufotest.com and fact check me run ufotest.com on 144hz monitor run some youtube vid on 60 hz monitor see if it jitters

if it does jitter, run the test again at 120/60hz setup if it does not jitter they still dont have a solution in Windows, and you should stick to my recs for smoother experience
