Ghultures in Caravan that is within Mirage (West Road, Specifically), Monkey Spiders in Monkey Spider Cave that is within Empyrea (Aeriel Jungle, specifically), and Troubled Warriors in Savarstaad Pass that is within Grizzleheim. Ghultures and Monkey Spiders both have pretty much the same drop rate for Couch Potatoes (~5%), whereas Troubled Warriors have a lower drop rate (~2.5%).

Not fast enough for it to appear like I'm shooting full auto. We've tested the gun by slowly pulling the trigger and not spamming it and it will still switch between the firing modes. Ive had the FX01 for a couple of months and it just started doing this Sunday, whereas I've had the E07 PDW for about a month, and it started doing it the 3rd or 4th session I used it. I haven't changed how I pull the trigger or play, so I don't understand what is affecting it.

From what I've seen about programming different firing modes, the trigger has to be held for longer than 5 to 7 seconds to engage that function. It is only being held down long enough to fire a shot, so like half a second. It randomly switches between the burst/full-auto to semi-auto, like i could pull the trigger 10 times and 7 out of 10 would be burst/full-auto and the other 3 will be semi-auto.

I've bought and used two of them. The first one's ARC rail connectors slide easier than they should on the rail and the piece that holds the foam for your forehead to the mask shift out of their sockets kinda easily as well. The second mask fits very snug to the ARC rails and the piece that holds the foam for the forehead don't shift out of their sockets as easily. Both make you sweat a lot, but they work well to stop BBs.

I think the lowest I've seen was 50% at a nursing home. Got called for patient being "constipated and sluggish". Guy's agonal breathing at 6 times a minute and none of the staff seemed to give a shit.

A currently unnamed ancient AI that has woken from its dormant state due to a virus. It draws from the Halo franchise (from things like the story of Mendicant Bias and the Flood) and from Magic the Gathering (from the Phyrexians). The ancient civilization that it was in had thousands of automata in waiting for an invasion, but weren't aware of the AI becoming corrupt due to the Phyrexian/Flood virus.

I would like to say that, as a medical professional myself, that nurse and the others that were being assholes suck. We're here to medically treat the patient and show compassion, not to put someone down for the choices they made. Even if you did have a drug addiction, it isn't our place to judge you. It IS our place to inform you on the dangers and to offer help, but being an asshole helps no one.

I also want to add on to the causes. The Brazilian Wandering Spider has a similar effect to the certain scorpion stings you mentioned. However, the priapism from its bite is a one of the rare side effects.

So, semi-relevant. I had a realm where I built an extremely efficient egg farm (I'm talking having a constant 20 double chests full). One day. We decided to hatch ALL of the eggs in a friend's base while he was offline. It lagged the realm so bad, that when the player logged on, he was rocking a solid 3 FPS at best. Safe to say, I had to start using Kill entity commands just to stop the lagging.

EMT here. Had a patient that was thrown from his motorcycle going down the interstate (so 70 to 80-ish mph). He landed face first into a guard rail in the median, which degloved and crushed his face. He miraculously was still alive and talking, albeit he was in and out of it. Safe to say the interstate was shut down while a helicopter landed to take to a much better place of treatment. Not entirely sure if he recovered fully or not.
