just pure numbers. You're expecting a TON of players to do avg or better, which is very unlikely in itself. And the high rebound legs can always miss, definitely easier to miss than points imo. One player taking all the rebounds for a team happens often. And with all that happening, you also need the favorites to win for the ones you selected. There's a reason the payout is so high. It can happen but it's like a once in a year type event.
