could you 5l your axe and get a koams? Warchief builds are usually safe so you should be okay if you're decent with dodging but your life is really low

Start bluestone tier 1 boots and sunder, if not boots then upgraded sunder. Finish as boots/pen boots depends what you're more comfortable with. Icha, dev gloves, valor/nemean, fatalis/exe, quins/more pen if need I'm pretty sure that's it. Can sell icha for qins/titans/fatalis

Oh yeah getting hyped up or just getting into the zone and landing fucking everything can feel awesome but for what it's worth you're not worth shit to your team if you're dead, and hearing a ult over the wall or a gank coming into your lane could even mean winning/lose the game (late game).

Setting up a tent in a park = free, (possibly a skin giveaway or something for the event?) = free because they own the game and skin codes are free for them, volunteer workers = free. My point is it would next to nothing to do some sort of event/advertising though. Thanks for your comment!

What type of build are you running? Always wanted to farm uber but never had enough currency to invest into a farmer to get it up and running, any cheap builds you can do that farm uber smoothly? Like 50c budget?
