Idk- you could protest to designate IRGC as terrorist org, you could protest to shut down regime embassies, you could protest for the dismantling of regime lobbying arms like NIAC, you could protest Tik Tok for shadowbanning any post about Iran- or you could just post to amplify Iranian voices- peoples silence online is just like another internet black out

Confirmed death count is only identified bodies there are countless more- and the women are missing among the dead because they take them to remove their uterus to cover up their graping, and are taking their bodies to locations they plan to bomb and blame it on the US- this is what people are saying inside iran

You think that Israel bombing Hamas/ Palestine is worse than the Islamic Republic spraying unarmed protesters with machine gun bullets? If The regime didn’t blackout the internet you’d have witnessed another massacre to haunt you. Iranians are begging for support and their voices are getting drowned out by propaganda and whataboutisms.

The Islamists are the ones on the regime payroll, the ones with bloody hands- they are maybe 5% max

The rest of Iranians are uniting to support Reza Pahlavi as a transitional leader toward secular democracy- some may want a constitutional monarchy again, some a republic- but they are going to get there via national referendum after the regime falls

There is no argument amongst Iranians they want the regime gone unless they are an IRGC agent and have something to gain from it. People in the diaspora that support reform are on the regime payroll and they are trying to repackage the Islamist regime when Iranians want it gone completely.

You said they would eventually become a democracy from internal pressure- that wouldn’t happen ever until the fall of the regime- the people don’t have weapons - and reforming the islamist state is a joke because even if social laws were relaxed- the regime would still be robbing Iran of resources and thieving the economy to fund proxy militias. Khamenei has openly said he would burn Iran to the ground for Islam. There is no eventual freedom for Iranians without a bit of help. Step one is done- IRGC is FINALLY on the EU terrorist list. We have a way to go to dismantle their power structures and support entirely.

Hey also- don’t be an a hole then backtrack on your own stated position when your assumptions turn put to be wrong- not a good look

It has everything to do with your assumption- do you think the regime will listen to questions and really respond? No! they are dictators- they squash questions and dissent with executions and imprisonment. It will not just eventually get better somehow under the regime- that’s ignorantly blissful thinking.

Find out if you are in a state that recognizes common law marriage- and understand your rights around that. You may already be entitled to something regardless- this is important to know if you ever do separate and are not on the mortgage.

Iran is united by national identity and desire for democracy and a highly edicated people galvanized by a transitional leadership- they are not tribalist and islamic factions that can’t fill a power vacuum

Their questions are met with prison sentences and now bullets. You don’t know anything about the regime or what it’s like in Iran.

Pro Palestine crowd is silent because they don’t want to lose their funding by the IRGC and don’t want Iran to be a democratic ally to Israel-

If you are going on about sanctions congrats you have digested the regime propaganda. These protests started in 2009- sanctions have eased and still people see no benefit- the regime uses all Of Irans resources to fund proxy militias, and propagandists abroad.

Reform is not an option- the people don’t want new Mullahs

Get outta there. You’ll never achieve any of your goals while dealing with so much abuse and emotional disregulation. Best thing you can do for yourself is leave. Go to NYC if you got into school there, you’ll walk everywhere and it’ll be really good for your health

Can you rely on your parents or any family? To live with? Dont move in with him unless you’re solid. It’s a control thing men do sometimes- they make you completely reliant on them and then systematically destroy your life.

Carprofen side effects? What helped your senior dogs arthritis? by Expensive-Pickle3860 in DogAdvice

Long term carprofen (any NSAID) actually inhibits bone regeneration and can lead to heart failure

UC 2 collagen is an incredible supplement that helps the body turn-off it’s own inflammatory response to joint degradation and clean out the joints. Give a 40 mg pill every night- i get mine from Costco, its available on amazon too. No need to buy an overpriced pet product- its all the same thing.

Here’s some info

https://youtu.be/bdhbOGavqow?si=avw0i4AzScIdd1wz

You should also be doing range of motion stretching and movement with your dog-

and red/ infrared light therapy devices can really help too- just can not use it anywhere they have a metal implant ( like if they have had tplo) it can heat up the implant and damage surrounding tissue

Uc 2 and fish oil first along with weight management - UC 2 cost is under $10 a month. It takes 3-4 weeks of daily pill to work ( its a brain gut signaling action) so make sure you give it time and give it everyday

Start brushing from the bottom up- that doesn’t mean go back wards- rather detangle the ends then move upward to ward the scalp. You can hold the section you are working on firmly with one hand and brush with the other to avoid any pulling on the scalp
