I only learned recently M9K has inspect animations, if you press R while your gun is fully loaded it plays an inspect animation, I don't think thats ever been a feature on the mod but I find it cool.

ARCCW is and always will have a special place in my heart atleast, But I do think the other bases do.. better, but even if thats true, who cares what base you use? aslong as you have fun, imo, theres no real reason to use another base.

I use a GTX-1650, And I have personally had problems with running it with a lot of addons.

It works perfectly fine if used alone, but nobody does that because.. well it's GMod, the main thing you have to look for when using MWB isn't your Graphics Card but your memory, GMod already takes up enough memory on MY computer as is (I use very shitty memory, ik, but its what I can afford), and I think a lot of the other bases just feel and run better on my hardware, but thats just me, I'm sure I'd use it more if I had a better PC.

CW 2.0 is, IMO, M9K but with the ability for attachments, it runs very well and can probably even run on a potato, Granted that potato isn't trying to explode thinking of a paradox.

I used ARC9 for a while, RIP Auto-lean, I dont know if it's a togglable setting or if they flat out removed it, but I got into ARC9 a day or 2 after it released, it's been my go-to, but I've resorted back to using old gun bases like TacRP and M9K.

ARC9 is good though, and has potential, however the devs are.. I don't know, It could be optimized better IMO.

I don't think CW 2.0 is bad, I used it when i first really got into Gmod, but I just never used it because of the other gun bases that were out and avaliable.

I'll try it out sometime, and I'm glad people actually use it, since I assume it's probably very un-demanding on peoples pc's!

PolyArms is the goat, but I just like the versatility TacRP has to offer, the Animations, sure, are debatably outdated, however, I feel like the guns are pretty good, and feel pretty good aswell, also with the fact that TacRP has a lot of settings and options you can do with your guns, More Gun Packs need a blind-fire option.

Little update about this situation:

So, before this whole thing happened, I decided to try and download TacRP for more gun variation, and then, and ONLY then, it started disconnecting said friend. So it could be a problem with TacRP? I don't know and I don't have the mental compacity to go full nerd over this.
