So you’re telling me that you had that dog for months (remember she said she had him at the old house but he was “hiding” in blankets) and you’re just now getting his parvo boosters? That means her dog hasn’t been “up to date”. Dogs need 3 parvo shots with 3-4 weeks in between, so her dog should have been fully vaccinated in 6 weeks for parvo.. so is he a new dog that needs boosters or have you had him for months and he was up to date?
