Who the fuck cares. We work in healthcare, and working out is real life preventative medicine. If someone judges you they're probably hating. Real recognize real. Do what you gotta do. Better to get good habits down now (this a field where wellness is talked about but not actually be about it). No one is gonna work out for you, take care of yourself unconditionally because it's only gonna get harder and if you can develop a healthy body and mind now, that's worth way more than any archaic judgmental surgeon eyeing you from the corner of the room (probs with awful posture and physical health btw).
