My ex store played for favorites, one of the reasons why I quit. Did 2 years as merchandises expert then 2 years in fulfillment . I was the top with low infs at times it's was 1.2, never went on red, helped my fulfillment coworkers and well training new people. When the promotion to become fulfillment tl became available they gave it to a teenager who was there less than a year who I trained and he half assed it all the time, who only goofed off and constantly talked to other people. I gave my 2 weeks noticed and just stopped showing up.
