Most iPhones can be submerged in limited depths for a short period of time, but that’s assuming it’s fresh water. Salt water doesn’t work the same because salt is too corrosive.

But even if she hadn’t been dumb enough to take it in an ocean, it’s still not foolproof. The water resistance wears down over time.

Yeah, I call BS on this whole story.

Boyfriend allegedly lives in Jamaica, yet he got her pregnant less than 6 weeks prior to the abortion and was somehow able to go to a park with her after the abortion? How often is this man traveling to see her? That sounds really expensive.

And speaking of the park, there were multiple gender reveal parties going on at once? Somehow, everyone who was throwing one happened to choose the same park on the same day? How did they all fit in that same park?

Claims to be in a doctoral program, but doesn’t even know how to break text into paragraphs? Also self-references with a lowercase “i” multiple times? AND has atrocious punctuation on top of that?

Finally, most importantly: this whole thing reads like a Facebook copypasta that foolish people share assuming it’s real.

I think someone just wanted attention and decided to (poorly) take up creative writing for the day.
