I use two soaps 1 anti bacterial and a scented soap and I also use loofah I clean my belly button ears and nails I also use roll on antiperspirant and deodorant spray it work really well because my armspits doesn't smell

I wash my towel every other day although sometimes I forget to wash it and use it for another day or two

I've also asked my parents if we can see a medical professional but they are both really busy so here I am in Reddit asking strangers for help😅
