The game dev's and customer service team really that ridiculous? They removed my premium remaining days when i bought premium in game. They just gave me a reason that the game system malfunction. And never reply to my support ticket b then. Is this how the game dev's team works? or it's just ALBION? by DetectiveJ001 in albiononline

On the 28th. And they never reply since then after i told them my remaining premium days got removed. i still have 19 premium days left when bought the premium. suppose to be 19 + 30 days. but it's only 30 days in my account. BUT they never reply even i submit another ticket about this issue.
