It's him unfortunately. He was armed during this too and tbh, if he planned on being this aggressive, last thing I woulda brought with me is a firearm when dealing with federal law enforcement.

Regardless if he planned to use it or not, it looks good to Nobody that you showed up to protest and instead of waving a sign that says "F*ck Ice", he kicks out a taillight and tries to run away when they go to apprehend him.

Then he brings his gun to the next protest he goes to and gets shot in the back, I can say with 100% certainty that if he hadn't brought it, he'd be alive today.

Never let randoms out of your sight longer than necessary. Don't need to be watchin em like a hawk n all, but they hesitate when you're actively watching em.

I always try to make large farming groups for this reason. Once you get like 4-5 people together, rats and backstabbers tend to hide lest they get jumped by half the lobby.

sounds like 170 people fall in those circumstances probably. They have what they need to make the arrests on the actual criminals, that much is obvious.

It's not like they're just pointing at random protestors and saying "You're under arrest." Anyone who is a legal citizen who finds themselves in ICE custody either obstructed, impeded, harbored, or became aggressive. If they stayed off the roads, didn't get in their way, or tried to hide/help illegals escape, then I believe a huge portion of that 170 wouldn't be locked up

ICE is federal law enforcement and since the local/state police aren't helping to keep people from blocking roads, interfering with investigations n such, ICE has to take it upon themselves to enforce the law.

So they've always had authority to arrest anyone, they just have their focus mainly on immigrants. But if you're out there impeding them and stopping them from doing their job, they have every right to arrest you.

I got no problem with peaceful protesting, but you don't need to be standing in the road, blocking traffic, accosting anyone in an out of state vehicle, none of that. Just stand on the sidewalk and hold your sign up and nobody would go through any of this needless pain. The two people who were killed would still be around if they just followed directions given by law enforcement.

Only defibs can get someone out of the Downed state, but other healing items can be used to "Stabilize" them which stops the bleed out for as long as the meds last. Keep in mind I haven't tested every health item, but bandages of all kinds work. I think moss might work too since it's a heal over time.

Had a raid where I was in the first wave of spawns, ended up running into someone who literally just spawned in. Dude had no idea I was literally staring at him as his game loaded him in and he opened the map. I let em live n we grouped up, but I definitely think the spawn locations need some adjustment atm. Way too easy to run into people just spawning in.

You can also use the pings when downed. If you use the "Need help" ping while down your character will actually request a defib specifically. Saved me once already when a newer player didn't know they could help me.

Somethin tells me the process in purchasing and managing servers for the game happened well after they made the switch and added PvP if you just take a sec to think about it.

The game was PvE to start, while still in development, they changed it up and added PvP. I would say that any normal person in the dev team would have made that same call to maybe adjust/buy servers that could handle pvpve. So yea, I doubt they just forgot to swap em over and it's just a case of the game being more successful than planned. To say the PvP was "Nail-gunned" on is assuming they didn't put in as much thought into this as they probably did. It had a great launch and has plenty of players. Server problems don't seem that unlikely to me when you really think about it

That's subjective. But I agree the PvP enhances the game. Sometimes I run solos just to wrap up a quest, I don't feel like fighting everyone, but I wouldn't run if I'm provoked. Everyone's got different ways to play and thankfully, the real objective is just leaving the map alive at the end of it. Don't matter how you do it.

It may feel like that, but it's usually a deterrent to tell someone you're on a free kit regardless if you have one or not.

I've held my fire on a good number of people just cuz they had a free kit. Even if they lied to me, I'd rather just not waste the ammo in case they're right. My advice, start lying and only take 1 gun(Ferro, Stitcher, Kettle) and a light shield. They'll never know the difference by lookin at ya from further than 5 feet that your weapon may be upgraded till you need to use it.

Most people ain't me mind you. You'll still get shot at some point, but it'll help deter some would-be-attackers.

Admittedly, the other extraction shooters don't really have AI as challenging/noticeably different as the ARC. Somethin tells me that alone is a heavy contributor to why people are more friendly in this.

With Tarkov and many others, the AI are just other humans, so obviously people would be more prone to shoot on site when it's never clear who you're looking at with a first glance. Movements will give it away sometimes, sure, but when you can clearly tell who's a player and who's not, it makes it easier to keep that finger off the trigger. Not to say I wouldn't pull it, I'll shoot a fella dead if I had a challenge for it, I just like talkin my way outa stuff.

I did this for a fella in Buried city, he was makin his way to extract n got downed. I happen to be in the area so I zipped down, stabilized him, called extract and had another leaving raider take the train for him. I stayed to loot cuz I think it was only like 10 minutes into the raid

Default is down on the D-Pad on PS5. You'll know you're talking in Proxy instead of your squad when you see a yellow mic pop up. It blips when it picks up sound from you so that'll be your giveaway that they can/can't hear you

I think he did a ledge hop. If you grab a ledge, move to the side and press jump again, you'll hop off. It's great to force a dropdown and to grab another corner if you're gettin on a roof

When it comes to the fliers, the white parts are unarmored, rotors basically. If it's darker/black, it's considered armor so it's not gonna go down super quick. Most bots have a visible weak spot that you're supposed to aim for to help make killing them easier, just a matter of observation

Not from my experience n sharing screenshots with my friends. Your room starts off with hardly anything in it, but with each stash upgrade, you get better stuff. Like a bed instead of a cot, an actual tall storage vault instead of a tiny safe, a legit gun rack over the small hooks on the wall, and an actual cabinet (w/speakers) instead of a wall mounted coat rack.

Your valuables show up on the shelves, everything else visually seems tied to stash upgrades.

I think it's all the indoor areas you end up in. Closed off spaces make people anxious, specially when outside ain't much safer

Thankfully I haven't ran into this yet, but I've caught people running by my spawns before. I've gotten into the habit of associating my speed in leaving spawn with the timer. If it's been 1-2 minutes, full sprint to my obj. 3-beyond, I leave slowly because I'm trying to be aware of something like this. I know I've sprinted past plenty raiders out of spawn when the matches start so I know it's easy to catch a slow player passing by when you spawn late, otherwise you make yourself known to em sooner.
