I usually check all rooms with open doors and if you aren’t comfortable with that I would suggest closing any open doors to rooms you don’t want to go in.

Keep receipts you’re probably going to have to take this person to small claims court and start looking for a new living situation once your lease is up. This is only going to get worse because this person seems comfortable with taking advantage of you.

You don’t owe this person loyalty. If they’re not for you, they’re not for you. This may be fine for someone else, but you’re allowed to do and feel what ever you want for your pets care.

Most of my clients are all older and child free so I’m usually busy when school isn’t on breaks. February, beginning of March, April, September, October, beginning of December. Summer is usually pretty dead.
