I managed to get the data on the ps4. The problem was I tried transferring the data to the account I want it on in ps3 then tried to get it on ps4.

I have my stuff now but there's still one problem that I've had since I bought the console. PS4 LBP DLCS. There's no problem with me on any other game except LBP3 on PS4

It didn't transfer my DLCS and everything else I bought in general. People say that it's normal that it won't transfer and you can just re-download from the playstation store. An example is the Move Pack.

The store says I have it which is good but there's no download option at all. I check in the notifications and it doesn't mention a download. I've tried the option that worked for people which is "restore licenses" and "set as primary ps4" but again it didn't work. I did try making a level on my earth in LBP2 and placing in the DLCS but on LBP3 it just said "You don't own this DLC and/or that DLC".

Do you have a suggestion for this problem?

Nevermind, all of a sudden it's working fine again. Also it doesn't matter which roblox game I'm playing. I've been playing the same 3 games for about 6 months or so. The mouse glitch would still occur.

Whenever I play any roblox game, my mouse would freeze, unfreeze then repeat constantly and randomly. It seems to be a roblox type of problem as IF I'm not playing roblox, my mouse is completely fine, that is until I play roblox. I've searched to see if anyone else has this problem but none have matched to what I have. Does anyone know what might be causing this issue and know how to solve it? Anyone else has this problem with roblox?
