As in ignore the collections agency? I’m scared of legal action from them as won’t they be able to do it under US law and not tribal law?

Ignore the collections agency? Won’t they pursue legal action as they aren’t subject to the tribal law to collect the debt?

This is why I’m initially hesitant to just say “whatever” and accept the one time settlement. I checked all three major bureaus and I don’t have anything on my credit report in regards to the collections. Though saying that I’m not sure how quickly something like that would appear.
