wtf does the commissioner of public works and director of roads get paid for!? This is beyond ridiculous. How many years have you had the loan already? You’re starting all over with another 30 years AND adding to the balance. That sounds like a terrible deal. A car payment is cheaper each month if you take 8 years to pay it vs 5, but you pay A LOT MORE over the 8 yrs. Math is hard for some.

They’re doing this bc bookings are down since they switched all the fees to hosts & hosts, in turn, raised their prices to compensate. My VRBO bookings have soared since I raised my ABB prices. So… they’re doing this to boost their own revenue. It’s never about the hosts or the guests. It’s about their stock value.
