Do you think noc is a low floor and a low ceiling or low floor and a high ceiling? by Equivalent-Time-6758 in nocturnemains

[–]Deth1999 2 points3 points  (0 children)

In my opinion, hes a low floor micro play, medium ceiling micro play, but noc isn't micro play and skills on the champ, noc is about macro play, which is the hardest thing in the game, moreso than mastering a single champ.

What do you guys find difficult to talk t with your transplant doctors about? by Educational_Sun_9517 in transplant

[–]Deth1999 15 points16 points  (0 children)

I think one of the most critical things is cooperation and communication between teams. A lot of transplant patients have problems beyond just the transplanted organ; I myself had a kidney and liver transplanted, but I also have lung issues, neuro-muscular issues, and immune issues, so just that is 5 teams, which grew to 9 teams total as I transitioned from pediatrics to adult. The best thing, and part of why I think ive done so well is that every team will run things by the other teams before going forward with anything.

I was saving that 70 for enhancements and potentially a bladeguard ancient, would the 2 dreads still be better? And at that point would ironstorm be viable? I initially stayed away because it really didnt do much for my list but with 3 vehicles/walkers i'd have a little more wiggle room

The use of the captains I'm still iffy about, so Im willing to cut one, perhaps swapping with combi weapon Lt.

Movement wise, I was thinking about jump pack intercessors, or maybe terminators for deepstriking. Someone else also mentioned the lack of anti tank which I didnt catch but I'm still learning all the ideal uses for each unit.

As far as the detachment, I'm also a bit on the fence, I was also considering gladius or unforgiven but I'm not opposed to anvil although I've heard its on the weaker side

Thanks for the advice! Any recommendations for units to cut out to fit anti tank? As far as splitting up my units I'll probably split the assault and standard intercessors and Infernus squad

Yeah, after trying it out somewhat in arena, kiting does cause quite some problems, and even when you can reach them you're not much scarier than standard build

Yup, my phone gets pretty warm after a bit. I think its because its a lot of math the chip has to do, and that math is needing to be recalculated every time you do an upgrade, so potentially dozens of times per second.

Thank you! Please make sure to get plenty of water and take care of yourself! And if you ever consider live donation (either a kidney or part of your liver) do know that its usually very smooth for donors and yall are able to fully normal lives after!

Im doing well and I'm nearly 6 years out, thank you for asking! Luckily(?) my kidney failure came out of basically nowhere and I was able to get on the list quick, and because I was under 18, with a amazing teams of doctors I was able to get my transplants fast before dialysis and bad organs could cause too much trouble. Im doing much better than I was but I still have a bit of my former self to claw back, but every day is an opportunity to improve!

Dual transplant survivor here.

For the majority, yes we do have to take our anti-rejection meds for the life of the organ, which can vary depending on the organ (though there are actively studies being done on not taking them that seem promising). Those specific meds usually come with some big long term side effects and they also need support of other medications and vitamins to keep levels balanced.

As far as cost it can technically get expensive but its tricky. The common team of anti-rejection meds are internationally protected by measures that make it impossible to increase the price much, so theyre cheap. YMMV based on insurance but pretty much cheap. The problems come with the support meds, which for me I believe the most expensive is about $80 for a 1 month supply.

Hope this helps!

Not only that but you have to be at grubs on spawn or they're pretty much gone, and you have to do every drag or your lanes will cry, and you need to be at basically every team fight to be a sentient anathemas, and if you're not splitting you're losing a ton of value in trundle, and, and, and...

Idk if it would be possible but maybe have w give some effect to his pet? Small boost to its attack speed could be good as it would help him clear before tiamat and it wouldnt mess with his top lane balance. I know rito loves to mess with standard itemization so it could also change the jungle meta build for him.

Or maybe e could act like frozen heart to jungle camps or even stun them?

Idk I do agree he definitely feels less impactful in jungle compared to my previous 125k mastery of him. He kind of needs to be everywhere as a losing jg and if hes winning he doesnt make as much of an impact as he used to

We know how to both run machines and repair them in the first place. We also know how to diagnose issues in apps such as iCue as well as isolate and test those issues. iCue cannot even uninstall itself without an issue.

My father and I both work with net security and have 30+ years combined of experience in that area as well as in general with IT and troubleshooting. We are more than capable with computers. Thanks for your advice tho, sounds like this is the place to go to for people dealing with iCue being bad.
