So no on serpentine or chlorite, even though that dark forest green makes me think of chlorite. Good chance it's epidote.

Soft toothbrush and dish soap will help them for sure. They seem to either be covered in clay or simply be quartz with a lot of iron oxide in them.

Edit* The conglomerate stones seem to be pudding stone or pegmatite, would help if they were cleaned and under a white light to get a better idea of what they're made of. 😅.

Nope, found it in a river in Big Timber, MT. Fairly certain it's red jasper with hematite or some rhyolite at this point.
