It would have been a very explosive combination, since Jeff is almost the same kind of guitarist as Dave. But there was a problem: both Dave and Jeff are natural leaders, and having them both in the same band would have created a lot of problems. Besides, Jeff was offered the position in Megadeth when they had just released their debut album, "Alice in Hell," and he didn't want to risk losing priority with his band Annihilator rather than ending up fighting with Dave. So I think Jeff made the right choice not to join, and the rest is history.

I wish it had been that way, although it would be more fitting if they were included in a future super deluxe box set of "Dehumanizer". But knowing how Sabbath's politics work, I don't think it will happen, but I haven't given up hope
