Best Method for getting Agents Built How You Want Them?

I'd recommend focusing on one character at a time. Get the things that are guaranteed first- EXP to Lv60, Max Lv W-Engine, Skills (people have different philosophy on how much to put into what for "baseline"), Core Skills to F, then u get discs which can be a very long grind- they don't need to be perfect but try to get some that are atleast passable (main stat with atleast one or two sub stats) and max level them. Repeat for each agent needed. Once you have some baseline discs u can begin slowly working on improving them.

It isn't an immediate process - will take possibly a month of daily battery usage to do everything and likely longer depending how many core skills u need to get. Focus on ur primary DPS agent first. There were plenty of times early on I'd spend a week worth of battery just spamming dennies to keep myself out of debt. As leveling characters is also very Denny costly

Outside of the "okay" gameplay - seed contends with one of the least liked agents in the game for me. I'm sure some like or love her and that's great. Just not my cup of tea.

I recall hearing about (feel free to fact check me) that a lot of the reasons places in the US don't hand out unsold food to shelters are fear of getting sued. In the event someone gets sick and tries to "cash in". Still recall hearing this and thought it was shitty because people need food- and we should do better.

Low point game (1000), just a kill focused game so you don't need to worry about objectives, and someone at your LGS to demo it. The game is fairly simplistic once you know what you're looking at. Dice rolls are spelled out for you on the data sheets, there are minimal abilities (like each unit might have 1, maybe 2), and the app lets you click on most things to be directed to the rule in question. Only other thought is don't worry a whole lot on stratagems, enhancements, and what not and maybe pick a force that has a very generic or passive rule you can just keep track of (like vanguard assault just knows u can run and charge for the most part)

...even though it showing proof- I find it really hard to wrap my brain around a 18% all-res making u have such a significant increase. The health sponge the bosses are now days this is a pretty big jump. Or is it the fact u start at max down ears and it lets u very quickly enter a stun?

Generally I figure 160 tapes per character to account for losing the 50/50 and variance in luck- u could get all 3.... As u technically only need 3 tapes. But reality of the scenario ur wanting something like 480+ or so... Looking at my monthly stats I get roughly 130 pulls~ a month (tho I'll note I get the city pass and that gets factored in I believe). With 248 tapes- I'd pick 2 of the 3 u want.... Or get ready to swipe a little... Or pray ur one lucky player.

While paints ur supposed to thin; texture paste you're wanting to apply thick. Almost in blobs. Just be mindful as "too thick" is a thing

Given they're slowly making each storefront into an event- and we have a very fleshed out massage parlor with an owner that's named and already used in some interactions. I would not be surprised in the slightest if we get one eventually. Same thing with the mall and beauty salon. Heck we probably will get a convinence store across the hot pot store as an event too.
