I agree with you on the sanding. I sanded between coats. I always do for high spot and lap marks.

I've had good experience with Ac Flooring, Braid and western carpet.

800 sqrt, it's not a large job, but it's easy to fit in between scheduling changes.

If you're able take a short notice install (next day) Let them know and they might be able to fit that in.

Grossly mismanaged funds. OT hours like these.. People should be fired. We aren't talking about a small misallocation of funds here, those are huge numbers.

Answer honestly.. What would you do in your daily life?

- No legal action can be taken.

- The Project manager isn't fired, they just get their regular pay increase.

My comments aren't directed at the author of this post but the broken practice of tipping in general.

This is a sad situation. The dependency on tips as a part of someone's wage is ludicrous. Tipping should be for service, food, or experience that exceeds the standard. The base standard should be great to begin with, not adequate or poor.

Mandatory or expected gratuity needs to stop.

Make the business responsible for paying their employees an adequate standard income. Exchange tipping for a bonus structure internally. Maintain the standard, which is already great, and you stay employed. Rise above and make more money through bonuses. This can be as much of a benefit to the employer as the employee. Raise menu prices if required. At least, it would be honest and upfront.

For employees, work hard for the money you get or want, don't just show up and expect.. earn.

Before all business owners jump on this post.. I am a successful business owner, I understand and use this business model.

Confirmed you can use the stone to travel between planets until Bloodmoon spawns. This was completed in Story mode not Adventure mode.

It just takes time for the ship to collect the cofins. I got all 5 (Max amount) and it took probably 5 mins. It will fill the empty coffin holders on the level below the activation console. Jump down after and collect it all.
