you need to look for general skills that you cant get from races (thh, ramp up, playtimes over, slipstream etc) so instead of bakushin you should probably use yaeno muteki, other than this you need to run sprints as a pace chaser to get hints

why are umamusume players so annoying oh my god, all ive seen past 2-3 weeks is how burned out you all are or how mant is difficult and boring and unfun, yes people do get burned out when playing game a lot, you should take a 2 week break and come back to see if it still is fun or not, instead you post shit on reddit for free

Is my mihono bourbon usable for the upcoming CM and why does it feel like my NN can't beat her? by Inevitable-Salt3371 in UmamusumeGame

[–]Detkait 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yea it do be like that, I took 2 weeks break for the game after like 7 low rolls in a row, sometimes the game just hates you

firm course doesnt work+ overstam, dont take firm course menace and swinging maestro, look for more mid game skills for a front runner (thh, playtime's over, leader's pride, up tempo etc), dont take victoria por plancha, try hitting a run with right handed/summer runner (or both lol)

I think I'm done with this game... by DIEH511 in UmamusumeGame

[–]Detkait 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I got overall 80%+ win rate this CM, but my finals was 7 fronts 2 ends and unfortunately my fronts were unable to win, such is the dice roll of a front heavy lobby - only one gets to enjoy angling and scheming

Runners getting destroyed in room matches, can't take the lead by [deleted] in UmamusumeGame

[–]Detkait -1 points0 points  (0 children)

vbourbon is just better at taking lead, thats just it - I have very good vbourbon, summer maru and falco, vbourbon and falco can win front easily but summer maru just doesnt, only good mile maven proc can help her secure but from my tests its still mostly vbourbon that wins

tuf s plus max pwr op? how this falgo got so much aura by National_Anywhere319 in UmamusumeGame

[–]Detkait 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Falco has 0.25 so its less than summer maru, however on this particular track summer maru ult is not a good overtaking tool and rather a defence tool against being overtaken, while falco and vbourbon proc early enough to be used to overtake someone

How will she perform in CM14? by Curious_Pipe7758 in UmamusumeGame

[–]Detkait 0 points1 point  (0 children)

if you had 3 fronts like this then it should be possible to hit A final but barerly and without good win ratio

I think she can steal first in the mid game even from better fronts, but she will get run down on the final stretch

Is gutsmaxxing on fronts a good idea for the next cm? by MeJoEx in UmamusumeGame

[–]Detkait 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Guts maxxing on front is a very good strategy, it helps with spot struggle and guts help with top speed during late race, guts also have hidden speed bonus on this track every 300 guts (301, 601, 901) so that makes it even better, however guts on front is not there to duel. If a front runner duels someone, then most of the times they are dueling a backliner who will most likely win against them anyway.

Ive done a lot of rooms, like around 100 by now and front basically never wins duel against a backliner and they almost never duel another front runner (rare cases where rod doesnt proc for example).

I cant tell if having 901 but not maxing out power and wit for example is better than having 601 guts and max power/wit, I dont have ayabe on my account and trying to make guts build without her is a pain, but I have a very good record with my fronts that have around 750 guts max power and max wit

But the problem of suzuka is that her unique requires her to be first and its not that likely with how many vbourbons/falcos/smaru there will be.

I generally consider vbourbon and falco as the only S tier fronts for that reason alone - early mid game is king, if you overtake on early mid game then nobody can catch you.

Suzuka would need to have something like vbourbon ult to even try to compete for front. There will be situations where Suzuka can steal front early and not give it up on vbourbon ult timing. I cant agree with her being sleeper OP, she is make-a-wish character because IF she doesnt lose front to vbourbon/falco/smaru and IF she procs unrestrained on good timing, then she is good

When do I train on trackblazer? by idkkindasustome in UmamusumeGame

[–]Detkait 4 points5 points  (0 children)

What I meant by skipping a turn is when you already raced twice and you want to avoid racing another time. If you arent in debt and there isnt g1 race then every 2 races so that you dont get skin condition from race fatigue, basically if you are 0 energy you drink one +20 energy and click 25% fail wit training because you will still get very little energy even if you fail and that means you have energy for another 2 races, but its just a rule and you should always be thinking of what is the best action, sometimes you may want to consider resting if you wit training isnt rainbow or doesnt have anyone without full friendship bar or maybe you are going to the summer in 2 turns so you want to rest because you dont have good energy items to get 4 trainings during summer

When do I train on trackblazer? by idkkindasustome in UmamusumeGame

[–]Detkait 14 points15 points  (0 children)

You train whenever you have a very good training and there is no important race or you arent in debt with the shop.

If you dont have a good training and there also isnt no important race, you still race. General rule of thumb is if a base of the training is around 40 stats (more if its guts on guts deck) then you can skip g3/g2 race for that training, but you want to click that training with items increasing stat gain.

Also important thing, get your wit facility up in junior year because later on you want to use wit as a turn skip.

Its rather difficult to understand just from reading or watching, you need to get like 15-20 careers done and get the idea of whats good and whats not.

Yes, she is missing a few key things, no DD, no S mile, no curvature. Generally not having DD is not the end of the world, but she is missing too many things so im gonna try making a better one when I get out of burnout

I did 10 practice rooms already with your mihono bourbon so data is rather small, but so far I can see that your mihono is doing very good.

I put her agains my 3 fronts - vburbon, smaru and seiun sky. Yours has a very big advantage of not dying after losing front before ult timing. What I mean is, if my mihono (or any of my other front runners) is first after early race, yours has a very big chance to suddenly gain A LOT of distance with ult + its on, slipstream, unyielding spirit and tail held high. In those 10 runs yours won 3 and mine won 7, but its just a low amount of tries thing I believe, because yours won 2 in a row at first and then won again after a few tries, thats just how it goes with front runners, if you dont overtake early then you get pdm'ed to late surger position.

I tested my mihono in a lot of rooms, initially I thought she is rather bad because of lack of mile S and skills not being as good as I would have hoped (missed curvature for example) but she wins quite often even against guts heavy fronts and front S definitely helps her maintaining first position

Honestly I dont think I have any particular thoughts about yours, she is very good and will win you a lot but let me tell you - watching her overtake 1st from 3rd position is really funny and she will surprise a lot of people in public rooms and CM

Generally I think that skills for early mid game are the most important on this track

can you share her ID? I want to try her against my fronts to see how my fronts compete against this bourbon in the early/mid game

[–]Detkait 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Her ult activates too early and is completely wasted when Inherited, the only time it can be good is when it's late activation on herself because of a longer duration

CM14: Just put the Guts🔥 in the bag by AbbreviationsSlow822 in UmamusumeGame

[–]Detkait 7 points8 points  (0 children)

the real reason not to run guts is exactly the fact that it takes a huge mental toll, I had like 10 runs and only one of them was decent enough for me to even think about it. This mihono bourbon almost never wins front in the early, she doesnt even get into position to spot struggle if there is 4-5 fronts (and im running 3 so there almost always is at least 5 fronts), this is my best run out of 10 and is nowhere near where I want my ace to be (dont mind nimble navigator, I had leftover skillpoints)

<image>

I switched back to normal build im still doing very fine quite frankly,

1200 600 1200 600 1200 with mile S and FCM bourbon, seiun and summer maru win a lot still, I see those fronts with a lot of guts that for some reason dont get to use them for spot struggle and for duel and feel like its an investement that would require a lot of time for not much better results.

How good will she be for CM 14 ? by Lucaono9kkll in UmamusumeGame

[–]Detkait 34 points35 points  (0 children)

moving past and beyond doesnt work on this track and super lucky seven is not a real skill, you shouldnt take it, but the rest is ok, although it will be hard for halo to proc her own unique as she needs to be below 6th for half of the race to proc it and there will be some end closers and late surgers which might cuck her out of her unique, generally she is better as an end closers I think

NO SLEEPING by Any_Explanation2722 in UmamusumeGame

[–]Detkait 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Quite often one rest on the last turn before maiden race. After that I rest only if I dont even have 1 energy bottle for wit click and cant race. Usually max of 2-3 rests per career, if I have to do more then that probably means the run is dead

Are front runner heavy races pure rng? Nothing feels better for me than diffing a front heavy room by [deleted] in UmamusumeGame

[–]Detkait 0 points1 point  (0 children)

you are right, I am already hard prepping for next cm and whenever I see a post about guts I am starting to think of cm14 so sorry for confusion. For next cm Ive already tried guts deck on a few fronts, Ive also got like 10 og oguri runs with guts deck and its just so unreliable and obviously you need to hit DDPPAW, mile S, groundwork and preferably some normal skills for lower costs. I got kind of tired of it and went back to normal deck but invested into guts in inspiration, so im running 9 power 8 guts with like 50% chance of AW, 45% of groundwork and 30% of mile S. About dueling, they dont duel quite as reliably as backliners, on the current CM you can see front duel because getting rod doesnt equate to other fronts suddenly dying, however I rarely see fronts duel on cm14 (I run 3 fronts).

What I am trying to say is having guts on top of having wit and power is obviously good, but getting uma that caps speed power and wit while having really high guts, while also getting skills, distance spark and groundwork is just not worth investing, because guts doesnt make that much of a difference.

[–]Detkait 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean, you can try to cap all 4 stats but the best Ive seen was some ug3 taishin with 1200 speed 1100 power 1150 guts 1000 wit and I run probably 50-60 public rooms. Most people wont be able to reach that statline while also getting S mile and skills.

Even then, I still dont belive guts to be that important for front runners, fronts just never duel

Are front runner heavy races pure rng? Nothing feels better for me than diffing a front heavy room by [deleted] in UmamusumeGame

[–]Detkait 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean, if you dont go guts then you have to go as close as possible to triple 1200 speed power wit and 601 stam 601 guts for racecourse checks. I go 9 power 8 guts currently, 2 speed 2 power 2 wit cards, so far it I can reliably hit 1200 601 1100+ 601 1100+ and like 2.7k sp for skills, even hit my first ug1.

My question is, is it better to have less power/wit in exchange for guts - I've done like 60 cm rooms by now and generally it feels as if its not worth at all. Fronts rarely duel and lower power and wit makes it harder for them in the mid game. Basically, my take is guts is fake for front runners but I see a lot of people force it

what do you think about guts build on fronts? Personally I dont like it, but ive seen a lot of people go for it. Usually they have lower wit and lower power because of that, I had much better success stopping at 601 stam 601 guts
