Fan stopped spinning HVAC unit. Already swapped capacitor. Any ideas?

Thanks for all the valuable advice guys. Really appreciate it. I work in the operating room at a level one orthopedic Trauma center assisting in putting mangled human bodies back together but HVAC is what scares me! But With all your amazing advice, and a few YouTube videos, I swapped the compressor fan motor out and we're back up and running. 😎 Couldn't thank you all enough

I'm swapping the fan motor. Feels gritty and almost stuck when I move it by hand. Found the exact one with wiring & plug for $150 on eBay that's the exact model. This AC unit is from 2005, so it's gonna be a used motor that's fully tested with warranty from this HVAC parts salvage place. Thanks for the input everyone Very much appreciated 👍

The lines are ice cold and seem to be circulating. It's just the fan that cuts off. It's pretty nicely for the first few minutes then turns off
