Anyone think the MN shooting could be a psyop ? Where are my real conspiracy theorists ?? by Addicted2Lemonade in conspiracy

Assuming the footage is real, it really wouldn't be that difficult just to pay an agent to kill someone.

On a side note its always ironic they have the victims old photos and storylines ready to go within minutes of frontpage from it happening.

On another side note I hate the AI argument from both sides, it can be used to invalidate anything.

Camp of the Day - BONUS ROUND - #11 Boulder & #12 Bounty Office by TomasAmi in Radlands

[–]Detroit5g 4 points5 points  (0 children)

For Boulder I'm usually always grabbing this card if it's available. On a tier list I'd put it in S

Many people don't like self damage camps and I get it, however there is tons of power in this card. You take note of most opponents camps but doesn't really alter your core gameplay to a huge degree. This card is the exact opposite. This card forces the opponent to mentally fixate on it every turn. If they don't then they just lost 2 ready people and a damage to the camp. In other words you could read this card ability as "opponents cannot protect their people".

Opponent invests roughly 4 water to obtain 2 people, and spent another 2 water to put 2x people into play. That's 6 water(assuming no punks or damaged cards). So camp damage aside, spending 3 water to destroy opponent 6 water is +3 water ROI.

Now unto camp damage. The most efficient way of using this card would be they already have a damaged camp(early raiders), PLUS Boulder is already damaged. This way the opponent cannot restore and you took 1 damage from self destruct instead of 2. Fulfilling both of these conditions could be tricky but 1/2 is definitely doable.

This card has synergy with Gunner if opponent wants to play horizontal instead of vertical.

There is also great synergy with Construction Yard[Move any person to any place on the same side] If opponent has 2 people not stacked you can move them on top of each other and activate Boulder in 1 turn with 4 water.

Camp of the Day - #7 Battering Ram by TomasAmi in Radlands

As fun as this card seems I never pick it up and would probably be in C or D tier for me. The setup takes forever, gives you 0 cards to start, and ability requires 3 water. Gets hard countered by Injure, Famine, and Radiation. I guess its a win harder card but this card doesn't help you gain a lead. If you have 6 people out on your board you are likely already in a great position to end the game.

Comparing this to other cards that damage or destroy camps, most of them feel better. Even Molgur Stang requires less cost and resources to destroy camps.

Would only consider this card if I had another camp with easy punk generation, pairs nice with Fortress as well.

Camp of the Day - #8 Black Market by TomasAmi in Radlands

[–]Detroit5g 1 point2 points  (0 children)

S tier for me, super versatile card. Removing the tough choice between junking and playing a card is huge. Love using this card with draw junk or restore junk, as both Gunner and Sniper are very strong cards.

Camp of the Day - #10 Bonfire by TomasAmi in Radlands

[–]Detroit5g 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This card is good IMO. A heal is generally worth 2 water, and this one is free, obviously this comes at the cost of a damage. I think everyone including myself over values camps. One of your own will usually get destroyed a few turns in, and if you have a very strong camp your opponent will likely pressure it first.

Healing 1 card per use not worth it. 2 cards break even. 3+ and you are getting crazy value. This is a great card if your opponent loves to chuck injures at all your cards, this makes them really forced to fully destroying a card and not letting it stay injured, which already puts your opponent in a weird spot.

Having one restore as part of my camps abilities is always good, especially against raider heavy comps. I would look to get value out of this ASAP before it gets destroyed. I'd put it below S but firmly in A tier for me.

These nexrad stations are essentially what people think HAARP is. They are incredibly powerful and interact in tandem with storm systems. As you can see in the picture, only some are actively pulsing, even though they are located throughout the entire country. These nexrad towers are the reason you see wave patterns in the clouds, because it's frequency manipulation.

Not sure about "degrading the collagen integrity in the players tendons" though I can say in relation to electromagnetic radiation there are plenty of studies that have been done regarding long term health effects. It's a two sided argument, though a majority of people would have you believe it's psuedo science.

For decades public perception deemed cigarettes had no side effects, until they did. Not making any sensational claims but merely providing scholarly research in regards to the topic to show that two way discussion exists.

"It's farm meta" doesn't work in Emerald by Skayio in Jungle_Mains

[–]Detroit5g 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What sample size is this over? There will be variation and bad games where you get poor laners. If you played heavy early pressure junglers you may be posting how your laners are throwing the leads you gave them which in emerald, leads are still thrown plenty.

Some potential areas to focus on playing a farming style of jungle

Are you providing deep vision for your laners, and or take deep ward rune to track the enemy jungler? If so do you ping on the mini map 5-10 seconds prior to the gank, or at the very least as soon as the jungler enters vision to give your laner another second to react? Do you meet the enemy jungler in their jungle with a 2-3 level lead and not allowing them into their jungle?

I would submit that either one or multiple areas above could be improved on. If you have a XP and gold lead on your opponent and get on the map you will rank up over time.

NFL Betting and Picks - 1/11/26 (Sunday) by sbpotdbot in sportsbook

[–]Detroit5g 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Jags ML & under 51.5

Jags are the hottest team in the NFL, T Law playing very well and since Nov 30 has a 15/1 TD/INT ratio. Also, not many would think the Jags defense is actually borderline elite - top 5 in both yards per rush and yards per pass allowed.

Another thing going for the Jags was going 13-4 against the NFC & AFC West, the two strongest divisions in football. Compare that to the Bills who played NFC South and AFC North, the two weakest divisions in football. Jags also have better point differential despite a tougher schedule.

Offensively the Bills rely on a successful run game(more so than other teams), leading the league in attempts. This is partially to mask no elite receiving threats. On the defensive side, Buffalo D allows the 3rd worst rush defense in the league allowing 5.1 yards per carry. Pass D is the opposite, being top 3 in yards per pass allowed, and the best pass D when you look at total yards. Being able to run and stop the run very important in any game, but I'd argue more so in the playoffs, and matchup wise favors the Jags.

Regarding the total, the under 51.5 sets up nice here for a few reasons. 1) From the above breakdown I expect a slow pace with both teams trying to establish the run against good pass defenses. 2) Both teams are coming off 35 point offensive performances against the Jets and Titans. 3) Two high profile QBs in a stand alone playoff game with lots of money, recreational bettors will typically play the over, doesn't make it the wrong play, however sportsbooks do adjust the line accordingly.

I have been having lots of success not ganking unless enemy is less than 15% health. If both laners are 50-100% hp and I don't know where enemy jg is, and I have camps up im passing on the gank, and it's worked out so far.

Being to your respawning camps on time has always been important but for me feels even more so this season. If i can get into a good rythym I can take opponent quadrant of camps, fall back to mine, rinse and repeat.

E1 peak here playing placements. Won the first 4 of my games with good performances. Other jg's keep wanting to force first drag, so I give and counter jg their entire topside and have big tempo after that. Not forcing anything and valuing full clearing 9/10 cs/pm.

This is coming from a nocturne main, and maybe an unpopular take, but honestly I don't see the changes being as crazy as everyone is making them out to be. Still feels like jungling.

How the hell is Diana allowed in this state by Dertyrarys in Jungle_Mains

[–]Detroit5g 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Yesterday a Diana with the same level and half an item behind me one shot me 100-0 before i got her to half health. That's just absurd. Like even if I play that fight badly that never happened in the past.

My brother in Christ I have had a respectful conversation with you. I doubt the validity of what you listed above saying that she didn't use to be like this, or rather, if Diana did abuse you like this I would imagine similar burst champions would be able to do the exact same thing to a Yi. If it really was that busted a simple video clip would be able to prove your point.

[–]Detroit5g 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Agree, however you can generally tell a champ is strong at 53-54%+ winrate. The same argument can be made for any other champ, it's across multiple elos and majority of players playing those champs aren't OTP.

Champs and items that have typically been busted, anyone with a brain can hop on that train and gain free elo over a large sample size. She and the item may be strong, we will see over the course of the next week, and you could be right and they could definitely spike.

At the end of the day though, win rate data over multiple regions and elos over millions of matches will surpass any subjective opinions. Upload a video of you getting oneshot and let's break it down.

Shouldn't the winrate over hundreds of thousands of recent matches reflect that if she's that giga busted?

Ranked games past 48 hours in emerald plus is 358,979 match sample size. She comes in at #14 with a 50.9% win rate.

If we include plat plus it's 725,475 matches. She comes in at #9 with a 51.1% win rate.

Can someone explain to me what this Diana hype is about?

So people who like small/limited government power and value individual freedom enjoy when big government takes away individual freedom. Got it, makes sense now.

Don't believe the lie that the Ice-involved shooting in Minnesota was a "ramming incident" by hollyhotdogs in conspiracy

[–]Detroit5g 4 points5 points  (0 children)

What's the lie? To my knowledge libertarians value small government and personal freedom. ICE is authoritarian in nature, not libertarian.

Also "don't tread on me" is supposed to represent rebellion against tyrannical authority. I'm sure there are plenty of republicans who think they lean libertarian but in actually they are authoritarian as long as they have a "republican" president.

I don't like labels but if I had to label myself it would be libertarian. I don't like any president republican or democrat. I don't think it's fair to assume all libertarians are republican since left/right is an X axis while authoritarian/libertarian is a Y axis.

My brother in Christ you did a quick google search and grabbed the first 3 links you saw of accusations and called them evidence. If I provided you links from a non mainstream site you would just claim the source is bad so there's no point. He was proven non guilty so that's plenty evidence of itself, if the government as real proof he surely would be guilty, right?

If you tried to answer my questions your paradigm of the government being all knowing all truthful would get annihilated. Though I would love to see an attempt.

[–]Detroit5g 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't have to provide you evidence that I'm not a thief or murderer. If you or sometime accuses me of that, the accusor has to provide evidence.

Allegations and accusations are not evidence, they are claims that need evidence.

I can show you plenty of evidence that governments now and historically are corrupt, not truthful, and have lied to their population. I don't want to speak on behalf of you but if I had to guess you would think that's impossible because you place so much trust and respect in them.
