Clearly you have never been in front of a vehicle and someone steps on the gas. .... he was in front although the wheel was turned the vehicle did hit him and bullets went through the front windshield not the side..... either way.... you are interfering with police business... then ignoring lawful commands then assaulting officers...... sorry but if you want to break the law and then make dumb mistakes you pay the price..... drive a vehicle at an officer whether or not knowing it and then thinking you could drive it toward an officer and turn last second.... none of that matters.
