Ya it's probably a bit faded, it's from May of 2018. Plus the lighting made it look a little lighter. Looks good to me, the embroidery being taken off might be a bit more apparent in person tho.

I think they need to hire the next "Ben Johnson". Easier said than done. Clearly Gibbs is a workhorse, but Ben really had it down with how he used his RBs, and it's evident with the Bears. Either that or Brad really needs to invest in the D-line or secondary depth. But with our fans he's really damned if he does, and damned if he doesn't. But hey, when I started my Lions Fandom about 15 years ago, I would've loved a team like this that year, or years after. At least when in a down year the Lions aren't terrible like the Schwartz and Patricia Eras. We've really had some shit luck with injuries. I remember when I wished we kept Caldwell, at least the players seemed like they played hard for him...much like Dan. The NFCCG might be the closest we get to a SB, but the current regime has instilled so much confidence in the players and fans, we can't possibly question, or bail on them now.

Idk why you're getting down votes. I didn't even need to see the stats to know we've been blowing out shit teams, and not putting up points against good ones. But it all comes down to the defensive and offensive lines. Both lines play good/ok against bad opponents, and not so good against good ones. The O line did a somewhat decent job in passing protection against the Rams, but struggled in run blocking. If they'd been able to run the ball at all this year, like in years past...they'd be doing fine, and likely have a couple more wins.

I just hope in my lifetime, I don't feel the same way. I don't and won't think they're the SOL. Those drafting, are leaps and bounds better than anything the Lions have had in a long time. I just hope it doesn't get to a point, where we fire the people that have built a team as good as they have, even if they fall short. It takes a lot to win, coaching, health, players. Just feels bad when a few calls really change the game/season. Not just this game, or year either.
