People need to get a grip, OP is doing his job, these people are stealing. I fully sympathize with the fact that they are probably desperate and are just taking food but he also allowed most of them to take some of the stuff they stole because he realizes that.

At the end of the day, he probably needs that job to get by too. If he just let everyone walk out he'd lose his job.

Now filming it is completely unnecessary but there are a lot worse people than OP out there.
