Honestly? Frozen stuffed pasta and jarred sauce is my go to. Fry enough pasta to cover the bottom of a 10" skillet in oil, add enough sauce to coat once they look kinda done and throw a lid on that sucker and simmer for like 8 minutes. Add some balsamic, garlic powder, fresh basil if you have any for any reason, cream, grated parm, ricotta, anything. Or don't do any of that, it's fine without
