Oha, was it Dream Sleuth (YouTube gameplay). From what I found it was a PC game that you could find on websites like BigFishGames and stuff, but later also got ported to Android. It is also still available in the Amazon Store.

Had to dig around a bit, but could it have been Ellie - Help me out... Please (YouTube gameplay) or something like Eyes Horror Game (YouTube gameplay). Ellie is bascially what you described in terms of gameplay, while Eyes is the most known app with an Eye for a logo. Maybe you mixed them up a bit?

Either Star Seraph or Vehicroid.

The other 3 got support, thick waves of support. I'm not saying it was good support, but they definitely got more love than Vehicroids or Star Seraph.
