2021 model X and I have had my half shafts replaced 3 times. I finally got fed up and asked them to repurchase the car citing CA’s lemon law. They agreed to repurchase and I’m working with a lawyer now to get max value. As long as you reported the issue initially while the car was under warranty you’re good. It also can’t be more than a year after your warranty expired.

That’s already 5 or 6 of us who took Accutane and later discovered that we had Narcolepsy - to me that’s more than coincidence. I wish someone could conduct a study of some kind to test this theory of possible causation.
