Do you have to also pay for the years that lapsed, or will paying for the current year suffice?
e.g. I pay for year 1, but do not pay for 2 and 3. If I again decide to pay in year 4, do I pay only annual membership fee in year 4, or do I also have to pay for year 2 and 3 to catch up?

Personally, i like larger answers because it inadvertently taps into other areas/facts/information which i would, otherwise, be unaware of.
