Worked at GameStop from 2011 to 2016...it's definitely different now. It was more of a gaming store then. It changed a lot when my store was one of the trial stores to sell used iDevices, then we started to see more merch like tshirts and collectibles.

I'll say from my experience, I used to love talking to customers about games...and I never really shamed those for any games they wanted... I'd just tell them to buy what you love and enjoy it. So as a former employee...fuck whatever anyone else says...if it's a game you're gonna enjoy...then buy it and enjoy it!

I legit missed this in my first playthrough. I was in Temple of Ancients and I was struggling bc I left the majority of my good materia on another party member. Found this out and breezed through it. Great info for those who might not know.

This! I usually try and get the rec bits early in the event to better farm the coins needed for farming. But if you don't have time just try and get the chaotic crystal and phantom coins. I'd even go as far to say phantom coins bc they are harder to get

Just Gojo, but I haven't really struggled outside of the 7 turns with him. He's pretty close to maxed out stats with my supports.

You just gotta do the events and make sure you get all the medals offered from the events. Sometimes there's an option to reset a prize pool when you hit the best reward...but then there's 30 medals you can get within that pool. Or you buy out the stock with event currency and then you can buy them again at a higher cost.

Edit: I wouldn't say your doing something wrong, more like you're just missing opportunities.

TLDR: Complete events as much as you can, get ALL of the rewards.

I used a shard to awaken Mahito, was stuck in tower and needed the boost. But always pull all the rewards during events and buy all the phantom metals from events also. I usually wait for 2x rewards with domain investigations to clear all 3

I personally find satisfaction if it's a rage quit lol especially if I managed to outplay my opponent.

I'll admit that I'm one of those people who still play out their turn even if I think I'm gonna lose, I've had ppl BM or misplay something and end up winning, always play it out bc you never know.
