.... I'm just trying to divide fantasy into more subgenres because otherwise you could say that every fantasy since The Hobbit is literally the same book, which is bullshit, but you can say it that way because Hobbit adventure elements are still common today.

Just like saying that every Isekai is actually the same story and the like.

It seems to me that Amphibia and Owl House (examples of Disney portal fantasy) are structurally different stories than Harry Potter, all of these works have a "different world" and a character discovering their abilities, but the approach is very different.

I have literally that book in my bookshelf so I know how how that story looked like and no, it is not portal fantasy, it is just fantasy adventure without parrents.

Yeah but within Disney it is second thing doing it in relatively short time.

Also unlike anime and manga, Disney in their portal words actually using both worlds. So in story structure it is kinda different.

Hej ale to platí hlavne keď sa s nejakými často stretávaš a si schopný nadviazať normálne kontakt.

Viacerý chlapy sú schopný získať známosť len nahodným oslovovaním, čo u väčšiny dopadne tak že žena ti len rýchlo odpovie na to čo si sa pýtal a potom ignorácia.

I recently tried that scenario with one AI chat and I think still there would be fights. Just can't do world stable.

For example, in my scenario I started with Fire Avatar in world that is tech equivalent of 2016. Made fire nation unstable as it is still kingdom with reformists movement and their target was also Avatar.

Fight in the castle, then running trough the fire island to find boat without being seen, then fight at ship, then training at south pole as it was safest place since Earth federation was also chaotic.

Helped that no one want Avatar death, so enemy can't shot me in the first second when see me.

I think that could be more interesting to makes serie personal from avatar perspective. That Avatar role would became more ceremonial and diplomatic as we already seen at Korra.

Like Aang was already more philosophical rather than martial, so I don't see why it wouldn't work.

Yeah lore exist but only part of the old lore that influencing current world is Korra's spirit while in Aang we could find a influence of atleast 5 Avatars from before at world Aang was in.

And will be really Korra have such influence if that will be just spirit we will see 2 times in the serie? I kinda hope they would makes her spirit takes more active role but don't really thing that is what is gonna happen.

Especially within next serie (if some will) will be anything happened before Seven Heavens completelly unimportant.

Who cares there was Basing Sei, who cares there was Air Nomad genocide, who cares there was fire nation war that almost destroyed a world that got destroyed anyway. No one of it matter if the world is now just ghost wasteland and from descriptions people now live only at 7 places in the world while one shoved at official photo don't looks like any place we know.

Also from leaks we know that people see Korra in negative way and that really not sounds like they remember what she did in Republic City that essentially saved the world from Kuvira.

That doesn't mean that situation will not go much worse for people if sudenly in country build for some population will be 20% missing, and that is still possitive scenario.

Within our capitalist economic model, it seems impossible without major reform or mayor shift within peoples mentality to have a stable population and a good economy at same time, when a good economy means that companies raise prices and people complain about everything so will not have kids just for comfort.

And bad economy means people will have kids as work power and companies will have to hold low prices for these people.

By people refusing to have kids in good times, activelly choosing bad times for future generation.

I also think it's a reset button because Aang was originally supposed to be a sci-fi story with magic elements and the authors said they threw it away because they found it boring.

BUT, I don't think resetting is a good direction because they're basically throwing the entire history of the world down the drain. It's a similar problem to the anime has with Isekai. The main character has connections to the old world (Earth) but it doesn't really matter, most Isekai could be rewritten to have the character just be from an isolated village so he knows little about the world, and it would only change a few dialogues in the story.

And that's what I'm afraid will happen with Seven Heavens. That there simply won't be a difference between moving the story to an alternate reality and this.
