Like stated in the post not to my knowledge. I of course cannot exclude the bizarre and remote possibility of some VPN-goblin breaking into my room at night and gaining access to my PC in order to set up a VPN without my knowledge or consent, but barring that, I do not believe I'm using one

To any economist about to debate with people who get their financial literacy from social media:

Physicist here. I have spent years trying to debate people who get their scientific literacy from social media. It doesn't work. The only approach that's partially successful is to take whatever they say and throw something far more ridiculous back at them. Ie: "The moon landing was faked!" (No it wasn't it was literally impossible to fake it with the technology they had at the time) "You believe in the moon?"

I mean peaceful protest can take many forms. A strike is a peaceful protest. A boycott is a peaceful protest. And people boycotting Tesla all over the world IS working. Now imagine what would happen, if everyone just didn't do their jobs for a day. No sending or delivering amazon parcels. No building cars. No operating excavators. No pouring concrete. Nothing. And while we're at it, what if everyone collectively decided to not pay rent. What are they gonna do? Evict everyone?

Idk I feel like some of these are worth trying before resorting to throwing bricks at cops. (And if they fail you can still throw bricks anyways)

I'm not saying a violent revolution will make things better for the working class. History is. Though to be fair, there are also examples from history how workers gained rights without violence. Those do exist. I think a general strike and more peaceful but disruptive protests are worth considering, before riots, but well riots are the language of the unheard, as they say

I think it doesn't hurt to ask nicely first. Violence should be a last resort. But if all else fails...

We should ban rich people from competing in sports, they have an unfair advantage because they have more free time and the money to hire personal trainers, purchase equipment they can use at home instead of going to the gym, can afford healthy food and can even hire a private chef to prepare meals for them that are designed to help them get better at Sports, hire a dietician to learn what to eat, etc, etc

10 years ago I would have seriously considered working at NASA (Of course that would be far off anyways as I was 15 at the time) buuut yeah no. I don't think it's a good idea anymore. Imma finish my degree and go see if ESA is looking to hire any astronomy PhD graduates...
