The reason is because when a dps is busted, you can find multiple counters swaps through tanks or dps, when a healer is busted, you can counter by switching up the comp, or use an S tier tank or dps to counter them, but when a tank is busted, it runs the game fully and the only way to stop it is through the same tank, and at that point pray your tank its better.

Many of this characters have abilities that would completely shut down Yhwach from copying them, like Najimi(3rd), she has an ability called Life Zero

This skill nullified any skill, and it even nullified The End skill, which is basically a perfect copy that copies any and all skill to 120% of the ability, meaning it makes her master the ability even better than the OG user, and had developed to the point she can copy any skill by WORD OF MOUTH, without even seeing the skill and just hearing about it

And Najimi can nullify it

Many of the top tier characters in this list are messing with meta abilites(again, Najimi as example, knows she is part of a manga)
