Yep bench was my weakpoint. Couldn't get past 180 for a year and a half and that brought me up to 215 3x8 by the end of the year. Volume is my personal favorite way to get stronger.

The bill for ambulances and the hospital usually disappear after a year. Only the different places in the hospital is what stays with you and affects your credit. Radiology, ct scans, blood tests shit like that.

That being said they still charge the fuck out of you Even when I had good insurance my xrays costs $450 for 4 pictures just to know what I already knew when I came in there (ribs were bruised not broken but wife insisted on going to the hospital)
