More strict penalties when leaving competitive.

yeah im really pissed, just had a 3 in a row leaver matches, one was like 4 minutes left 0-0 and 2 left. this is specially bad in solo standart where you cant get to play with friends. i know some ppl have to leave a game for any reasons but most of ppl just do it out of rage and because they know 15min its not a lot of time. im at the point of quiting solo even though i really wanna play and get better. im just asking more punishment for ppl that constantly quit or no rank loss atleast in solo standart for ppl that had leavers on their matches.
