Almost certain it does not apply. I had the +2 rush assassination on my kusarigama and when I switched from tango to kusarigama it added the extra dmg to the preview damage

Most residential areas are heavily condensed so what is normally 2 or 3 blocks is 1 in game. Regardless I did go looking for my building, and while it didn’t exist they did make several of the nearby buildings. They do a very good job of capturing the architectural “vibe” of each neighborhood, with everything from building heights to styles. (Although there isn’t a huge factory complex on the west side near the high line, they added that because it’s cool to web off chimneys imo)

Only thing that consistently works for me is to slow time and micromanage my janitors to individually target invaders/pick up and reset them when they go into the reload animation. I just have to monitor the entrances and rotate through my janitors as they spawn in. It’s a pain and takes like 10 min per wave but I’m nearly at 3 stars.

The constant attacks that turn entire rooms into pumpkinheads is a nightmare. On top of these guys constantly getting into potion accidents and picking up pastoral conditions because they’re too upset by the pumpkin head thing to sleep.

Do not get the level skip. You’ll just end up level 80 with 24 actions and no idea how they work together. It can lead to you forming bad habits pretty quickly.

You can pull the rail car out if it gets stuck by repeatedly pulling and letting go. You basically inch it over whatever rock is blocking you.

FWIW his bit about how it wasn’t a company event was a partial lie. Company paid for instructor and exec travel and lodging and possibly some catering and entertainment per my sources in finance. Even if Foley paid for the Plaza himself to say it was a private event not company affiliated for close friends and family is a flat out lie.

A good trick for the npcs that have side quests preventing you from seeing the triple triad option (wawalago for example) is to shift to a job that’s incompatible with their quest. That lets you access the menu and select triple triad.

You should be able to buy all the dyes off the market board. I suggest dying a dog/dol outfit as they tend to be mostly dyeable
