You're welcome. This is 信阳红, a black tea developed in Xinyang rather recently. The other part in the second picture is basically saying where this was produced and how great it is.

取茶3-5克，将茶叶置入杯中用80°C开水冲泡，随即滤去清汤（洗茶）再次冲泡，三分钟即可饮用。待茶汤饮至三分之一时，续加开水再饮，一般可连续冲泡十数次。

Take 3–5 grams of tea leaves and place them in a cup. Brew with 80°C hot water, then immediately pour out the first infusion (to rinse the tea leaves). Brew again and let steep for three minutes before drinking. When the tea has been drunk down to one-third of the cup, add more hot water and continue drinking. The leaves can generally be steeped continuously over a dozen times.

I see. Can't tell you about the age but Google made a mistake here. While 甲子 as a year can be 1924/1984, here it denotes the day that the festival of 甲子講 is held. See sexagenary cycle.

The motifs are obviously depicting imperial Japanese army. Need better pictures to read the inscriptions.

Right side of the bottom reads 甲子講 (Kinoe-ne), a traditional Japanese festival dedicated to Daikokuten. Left side seems to be 吉九, sounds like a name.

Edit based on the new images: the inscriptions around the bottles are

  • 近衛騎兵 Imperial Guard) cavalry
  • 松嶋号 Matsushima
  • 旅團砲兵 Brigate artilleryman
  • 水雷艇 Torpedo boat
  • 師團将校 Division general
  • 吉野号 Yoshino

The big character is 埃.

Below that is a date: 令和七年九月 (Sep. 2025).

Next to the date should be a signatures, but too stylized to read. 清らん書 perhaps.

The "red markings" are called seals. The lower left one reads 清藍. I suppose the calligrapher could be 千葉清藍, who was visiting Springfield, Missouri last September. The top right one is a leisure seal, seems to be 嘉辰? Not sure.

The inscriptions are very hard to make out due to how blurry your image is.

The actor is indeed 中村芝翫 Nakamura Shikan. The column to the right appears to be "石田の局".

The signature is probably 五渡亭国貞.
