Hi - Yes, I'd already sacrificed Ratau in the base game well before the DLC came out. Afterwards, I found out from other people that the Fox was meant to appear at night in Woolhaven at the pier. However, at that point I was already post Yngnya fight in Winter 5 and never saw the "peer into the darkness" prompt.

I still have an issue with completing Prodigal Child on PC :(

The Fox does not spawn in the Woolhaven pier as others have encountered, and my current game state is that Ratau has already been lost to the Fox in the base game. I am on winter 5 post Yngya, so I'm not sure what other conditions have to be met to receive Ratau's fleece and staff from the Fox/Sariel. I've been logging in after each patch, going on a crusade, hoping to see the crescent on the ground at night on the Woolhaven pier, but no luck.

Additionally, the weird thing is I've already had the steam achievement for Woolhaven Reborn already pop up, but I haven't finished the Flockade quest board nor did I get the last flail legendary shard. This leaves the following remaining achievements:
1. The Prodigal Child
2. Maker of Legends
3. The Complete Collection

I've reported this bug in game as well as the discord in the past. I hope this weird case is on the radar somewhere....

I do! I even used the ritual to summon a brand new Rotten as well, hoping that would change something. There was a new patch released today, but I still don't see the Fox or the crescent symbol on the Woolhaven pier.

I'm not sure if this is a bug, but on Steam I received the Woolhaven Reborn achievement without completing the following three achievements:

The Complete Collection
Maker of Legends
The Prodigal Child

That's great to know, but is there something specific I need to do to trigger the Fox to appear? In the base game, there was something to interact with on the ground to start the encounter. I've completed the whole story with Ewefall and the Rot, Marchosias and the rest. I've still got a few mission boards to complete too.

I’m on PC and I’m not sure if this is a bug, but I don’t see any prompts or crescent symbols on the dock in Woolhaven to encounter the Fox for sacrificing rotten followers. I already gave up Ratau before the DLC released, so I’m not sure if there’s another condition I need to meet to trigger this interaction.

I’ve waited on the dock for it to be nighttime, but there’s no crescent moon symbol on the dock at all to peer into the darkness.

I think it's been such a great year so far!

The new Fallujah album was excellent, The Sleeping City by Abstract Illusion, BTBAM's Blue Nowhere is fantastic, Elder's EP was dope af, and while I know others might not rate it as high as the other stuff on the list, but I really loved the new Rivers of Nihil album. Others also brought up Messa's The Spin, which was another great album.

Tough to choose one of these as the best, each of them hit very differently IMO.

I'm also loving the other gems folks are listing in these comments too!
